Preconstruction Services
Involving Ethridge Builders early in the design process is a wise decision and will be key to a successful project. We believe that a thorough and well-thought-out plan leads to success. We offer comprehensive preconstruction planning to ensure the success of your project. Chris Ethridge will work closely with you to develop a strategic plan tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
Construction Management
Every good plan needs and deserves professional follow-through. With a focus on efficiency and quality, our construction management services deliver seamless execution from start to finish. We oversee every aspect of the construction process, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Cost Management and Value Engineering
Cost management and value engineering (VE) is our goal at every stage of delivery. From conceptual pricing through 100% review drawings, Ethridge Builders will look for ways to deliver quality and adhere to requirements at a lower cost or higher value when available. Cost, schedule, and quality are all considerations when evaluating VE options. We will work with our design professionals, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver options for consideration at each level of pricing. We always review these options with the design team to ensure that the design integrity is not compromised. We are confident in our ability to provide excellent pre-construction services with value-driven options.
ABOUT US
Chris Ethridge earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University in 2008. Following graduation, Chris worked as a project manager for a local construction company for 15 years. During that time, Chris successfully completed approximately $70M of projects in Huntsville, Alabama. He was blessed with many opportunities to grow into a proficient estimator, advance his business knowledge, and gain invaluable project management experience from the office and field. Managing some of the most complex and challenging projects as an on-site project manager helped Chris grow into a superior builder and develop many great relationships with clients, design professionals, city officials, subcontractors and vendors.
Chris established Ethridge Builders LLC with a purpose-driven vision to exceed his client’s expectations through hard work, dedication and honesty rooted in his Christian faith. Over the past three years, we have stayed true to our foundational values, continued to fulfill our three core missions, and established ourselves as a trustworthy builder completing approximately $12M in projects through 2025.
